The Leadership Johnson County workshop Feedback…The Breakfast of Champions will explore two best-practice models on giving and receiving feedback. Participants will be able to apply these models which will lead to developing more trust with others and enable us to learn from the perspectives of others.

We'll start with casual networking at 11:30am with lunch available at 11:45am and our program Leading a Multi-generational Workforce, presented by Peggy Hogan,SHRM-SCP, CPCC of Purple Ink starting promptly at noon.

Peggy Hogan is Purple Ink’s Vice President of Client Services. She is passionate about helping organizations create workspaces where employees thrive and empowering individuals through coaching to reach their full potential. Peggy is a graduate of the University of Michigan with degrees in Communications and English. She sits on IndySHRM’s Board of Directors as Chair of Workforce Development and volunteers for Dress for Success. In 2020, she was named the HR Indiana SHRM Professional of the Year. She is a co-author of The JoyPowered® Team.

This educational event is open to HR professionals to network and share best practices. Topics and speakers change and the group meets every other month for either a catered breakfast or lunch. Past topics have included employee retention, developing employee culture, the hidden workforce, employment law and more.
