Our last W.I.L.D Women in Leadership Development for 2025 is coming up, and you will not want to miss it!

Join us for an empowering panel discussion on building confidence in professional settings. Our panelists include Aspire Board of Director members Jacque Haynes with Midland Atlantic Properties and Molly Burns with F.A. Wilhelm Construction, along with Rebecca Armbruster from Johnson Memorial Health and Meghan with T&W Design and Build. These four incredible women have built successful careers in predominantly male industries through strong presentation and self-awareness. They will share practical strategies for projecting leadership through body language, finding your voice in male-dominated spaces, and handling undermining behavior with composure and clarity. Attendees will walk away with ready-to-use phrases, thoughtful insights, and tools that help strengthen presence and influence in any room.

This W.I.L.D. event will be on December 12th from 2:30pm-4:00pm at the Harry Cooler Conferenc Center, which will be decorated for a stunning mid-century modern holiday. Seating is limited - register today!

FRANKLIN, Ind. –

In an age defined by constant disruption and the rapid rise of artificial intelligence, effective leadership requires more than experience — it demands adaptability. Future-Proof Leadership: Mastering Change in the Dawn of AI is a powerful, half-day workshop designed to equip leaders with the mindset, tools, and strategies to thrive amid accelerating change. This interactive experience explores how technology, workforce shifts, and AI innovation are reshaping the future of leadership. Participants will learn why traditional management approaches are no longer enough — and how to embrace change as a catalyst for growth and innovation. Future-Proof Leadership: Mastering Change and AI is designed for anyone who leads, influences, or inspires others — from team leads to entrepreneurs — who want to stay adaptable and ahead of the curve. The workshop will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon at JCREMC.

Registration is required. Cost is $59 per person for Leadership Johnson County Signature Program graduates, Franklin College alumni, Franklin and Indy Chamber of Commerce members, and Aspire members. General public pricing is $69 per person. Group discounts are available.
