The Adventure Within is packed with reflection, exercises, and insights designed to help the leader take account of what got them where they are, help them lead a much more joyful existence by aligning their needs, values, boundaries and standards with their much larger purpose in life.

As a result of this workshop, participants will be equipped to:

Discover the disconnect between hardwired needs and espoused values and their effects on one’s emotional energy in the world
Differentiate between how you react to the world vs. create in the world to lead toward self-authorship
Create action plans on how to lead differently

About the Facilitator

With more than two decades of experience in executive development, corporate leadership and human performance, Jim Bishop stands as a beacon of transformative leadership through his business, Conjunction Leadership. Jim's journey has taken him across the globe, coaching executives, diverse teams and orchestrating the modernization of leadership systems for transforming business units. This year’s All Aboard Community Volunteer and Board Fair will be held on Wednesday, September 23 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Center Grove High School West Gym. Participation in the Fair is free to nonprofit agencies.

Attendance by the community is also free. We will be promoting the fair to the general public, including to local high schools. Many students are looking for volunteer opportunities for club requirements, college applications, senior projects and to add to their resumes.

Members of the LJC Signature Program Class of 2026-27 will also be attending in order to connect with nonprofits who might be interested in partnering with a project group.
